I started a formal complaint. Bouquet looked nothkng like the photo, different flowers all already fully opened and old… with luxury price tag of over £87 it is not avceptable

Beautiful Flowers
I used The Flower Yard for the first time last week to send flowers to my son, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and the service was professional throughout.
