the parcel was delivered way quicker than I expected, considering it came from Canada to the UK. the tent looks beautifully made, all I need is some trekking poles and then I can put it up. I'm a youtube content creator so I'll be using and making a video about this item.

5 Nights in the Sierras
I just completed 5 nights with friends in the Sierras, camping at various lakes above 10000’. The X-Mid 1 Solid weighed in at about 2 pounds and stuffs into a tight package, easy to pack around. The best part of the tent is ease of putting it up and stuffing it away. My buddies all have very nice tents but they take 3x as long putting them up and down. Interior volume is perfect for me as I’m 5’10”. We had two nights of rain and the two vestibules were very handy for sheltering my pack. It also held up in the wind.
Prior to leaving on the hike, I watched the video on setting up the tent so that the base is rectangular. Very helpful as it otherwise sags to one side or the other. Set up correctly, the sides and ridgeline are taut and even.
Great product. Three guys in my group are 6’3” and taller and this would be too tight for them. But for average height and size, this is perfect.
