Haven’t tried camera yet. Review is more about the company and customer service. Took 18 days to receive the product. Numerous emails to customer service with no response, zero! I was ready to launch a fraud alert with my C/C against the company. Now I will attempt to contact customer service about returning the product.

Unfortunately it's not exactly the same as shown on website. The box I received was a no frills type, nothing as the website. One major factor, if your vehicle does not have a cigarette lighter type plug-in then it's not worth it. My 2025 truck does not have a plug-in, so you would have to charge it completely via USB, and MANUALLY ALSO START THE DASH-CAM. It's not automatic once you start to drive. I am also WAITING 3 WEEKS for my refund as stated. ONLY 2 Stars - pending my complete refund. ?????

Not as advertised , promise of being able to record with battery that would last a month was not true …… can be removed to view recordings up to a month is what it should be . Plus you have to purchase a class. 10 64 gb card . Not worth return hassle . I’ll resell to try to get my money back . Live and learn when you buy off Facebook
