Really beautifully designed and made, covering all the carry methods that I want/need at various times. I love that the bag can be sleek and compact when all I need is a secure carry case for my laptop and accessories, but it grows just enough to provide for a few days on a simple business trip. I love that the backpack straps tuck away cleanly and the shoulder strap is also easy to snap on/off, and the 'suitcase' handle is always there in both orientations. I bought this online without seeing the physical article, but I'm immensely glad I did and I'm very happy with the construction quality.
