Horrible customer service. Takes too long to respond to inquiries and took almost two months to ship products. Selling items that are out of stock and emailing customers with a shipping confirmation is super shady. I disputed the charge and magically my items show up on the doorstep. I refused the package, I don’t appreciate the run around and will never be purchasing from Genki again. Purchased an El Gato 4K S instead from Amazon, arrived in less than 12 hours. Save your money, don’t buy from a company that doesn’t respect you as a customer.

I reached out 3 minutes after placing order to cancel after realizing I dont need the product. They ignored all my emails and ended up sending me the item a week later. It’s been over 2 weeks and they still have not reach out on how I can return it.
Still no response. I’ll wait a few more weeks and I’ll have to file a dispute with my bank. I still have your product unopened. Please reach out so I can send it back to you.

Returning customer
So, I originally bought the first Shadowcast Genki released years ago and loved it and used it lots over the years. Still works even, however the software I used with it is really hard to find now. Setting up the ShadowCast 3 Pro was pretty easy and the image quality is a definite improvement and I am hoping to see the audio issue fixed too (on the original every now and again the audio would stop working correctly forcing me to unplug it and re-plug it back into my PC to get it working again) the downside is that the software I used to stream the video to my desktop (Genki Arcade, App NOT the site) doesn't seem to recognize this new device, so I am forced to use the site. While the site is nice and does work quickly, I don't always have internet access and I am not thrilled that I now need internet just to stream from this device to my desktop, as a paying customer I would like to see a Windows app soon, I saw that Mac already has one and it claims that Windows is on the way, devs if you see this, please please don't abandon that project. As of right now the lack of an offline official app for Windows (Linux might be a good idea too, as I might be leaving Windows in the future) is the only thing preventing me from giving this a 5 star review.
