My Chef Preserve stopped working. I emailed the company and the told me there was a lifetime warranty and quickly sent me a new one. Fantastic customer service!!

I use my chef preserve for several things. In the freezer, in the fridge. So convenient to use. Reusable bags. Also very important is customer service. I emailed them with a concern and had a very quick response and they went above and beyond to help me with my issue.

I love my Chef Preserve pump, so was devastated when it stopped working (I think fluid had got in somehow). They immediately replaced it for me without charge. I’m a huge fan & love the whole system. Thank you!
