I absolutely love this ring. The ratcheting action feels incredibly satisfying, and the build quality is excellent. It’s compact, comfortable to wear, and very easy to fidget with throughout the day. The tactile feedback is especially addictive. Definitely one of my favorite EDC fidgets!

I bought a Black Edition Ratchet Ring and am very satisfied with the look, sound and feel of the ring.
BTW: slightly increasing the angle of the spring made a huge difference for me regarding sound and feel.
Regarding Size, i am wearing the ring on my index finger, and when i measured it prior to the purchase i was in between Sizes 13-14. I chose to size up to 14 and can confirm its a good fit for me.
Customer Service is excellent and quickly responded to all of my questions in detail.

Still haven't received
It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and still haven't received the product. Took at least one week for my order to even acknowledge that it was shipping. So much for "Express" shipping. This is also the second review email that I've gotten. Might be a good idea in the future to wait to send out review requests until the product has actually reached its destination. Paid $330 and I still haven't received the product 3 weeks later and am getting pestered for reviews on the product I have yet to receive, for a $5 coupon no less. What a wild approach for customer experience.
