Surprise!

I use a cheap blade type electric grinder that doesn't grind finely. Because of it, when I saw pieces of dried up bugs, (presumably embedded in roasted beans ) I was really surprised. I had never seen dried up, roasted bugs in coffee. I know it's not your fault but now every time I grind these beans I wonder whether I will see such things again! Otherwise, Lyon has a very light feel and flavor as advertised.
