Classic is a hard working mill

I love this mill. I have had a stone mill for years, but decided to buy this one when it went on special. Wow! It's a great little hard worker! There have been times when I was having trouble grinding a certain grain in my stone mill, like making oat flour, my mill kept bogging down. So, I switched to milling it with the Classic, and it whipped right through the oats, no problem at all! It makes fine and slightly more coarse flour really well. It deserves a spot on my counter.

This is our first experience with a Grain Mill and am Thankful it was a NutriMill product. We are very Happy with the results and look forward to incorporating it into our routine more as time goes on.
