Customer service was spectacular. They sent me one wrong item (An extra The Whisperer) while only sending me 1 of the 2 (s)wipes I ordered. They let me keep the extra Whisperer and sent me the second box of (S)wipes at no additional charge. One of The Whisperers stopped working after maybe a dozen or so uses. Luckily I had been sent the second one by mistake. Fingers crossed that it lasts longer.
