ok I gave these vitamins 2wks my honest review I can tell the difference in my energy levels I'm not tired sluggish all the time anymore I Walk up 2-3 flights of stairs a day at my job and this time with no problem and NO I HAVEN'T DID ANY EXERCISES so I wished I started these earlier I'm very pleased with my results so far...
