After sales service 5 star
Bought this suitcase a while back and was impressed with the quality and performance. After many uses there was a problem with the main zip. I contacted the July customer service team and advised them of the fault. July then agreed to replace the suitcase. This was exceptional after sales service and I cannot recommend the July products enough.

Great suitcase!
This is my first hard shell suitcase and it's great! It's fits everything I need for a decent length trip.
However, I will say that I did find it difficult at times to maneuver the suitcase. It would occasionally get caught when going through doorways or onto new flooring and was harder to move around on carpet.
