Best Bag & Best Customer Service!

Bag was absolutely perfect, except that the appliqué came slightly off-centered. I sent an email and within a few hours customer service responded and let me know that an order for a replacement bag was already submitted. Replacement order was submitted on Sunday and replacement arrived on Friday, excellent customer service from Weezie standing by their promise if it isn’t 100% correct they will replace it!
