Brilliance

Love the smell its gets alot of comments through the hotel. From the guest and workers. I will be ordering more a little later.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My first order took three plus weeks to ship, and I was so unimpressed with the experience that I emailed the company requesting that my subscription and all future orders be canceled. They responded to my email, confirming it was received, yet failed to process my cancellation. When I discovered that another order had been charged and processed, I contacted them immediately. Despite having clear documentation that I had canceled beforehand, they refused to stop or refund the order. Their only response was that the subscription had now been canceled—after charging me again. I was left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. Slow shipping, poor customer service, and a failure to honor a documented cancellation request. I would not recommend this company.

Love all the scents I purchased. My home smells great.
