Soltera 2.5 Ebike

1/5 Stars — Broken Out of Box with Garbage Customer Service Assembly was a nightmare. Aventon uses a generic video for the Soltera 2.5 with outdated layouts, and the stem arrived clamped backwards from the factory. Worse, the front wheel has a severe manufacturing defect. It arrived completely out of dish, with over-tensioned spokes yanking the rim hard to the left. The tire severely rubs against the left fork leg with dangerously zero clearance, making it unsafe to ride. When I sent undeniable photo proof to support, they refused to honor the warranty with a replacement wheel. Instead, I got pre-drafted bot replies telling me to disassemble the bike and haul it to a mechanic yourself to fix their error. Expecting a customer to provide free labor and handle the logistics of moving an oversized, defective bike for a factory failure is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company

Love My New Soltera 2.5

I love this new and first eBike. I love the ride. I love the style amd look of the bike. It seems like a quality bike. I recommend it, especially for adults amd seniors.
