IROND Forearm Trainer

I’m just glad it arrived!! Ever since I ordered the push up board that NEVER CAME, and have been unable to get a response from the company, I worry about ordering things, so when they DO arrive I am relieved, and mostly pleased 🙏

the irond could have had added some straps to wrap around your hands to concentrate more on your fingers movement rather than trying to palm it carefully and hopeing it doesn't slip away from you.

It took longer than expected for delivery, but this device is definitely another effective tool in building up my forearms. It's unlike any other 4-arm trainer that I have. I'm interested to see results over both the short & long term.
