Looks great, but gameplay is underwhelming at best
The premise of the game was really good and the quality of the components was also good. However, the gameplay was not. The whole experience basically comes down to translating a language which did not take very long- and then a couple logical connections. Very underwhelming for a game that cost as much as this. Three of us completed the game in about an hour, and some of that was debating on how we were going to handle the last twist of the game in our response. We were hoping for the 4-6 hour experience with diverse puzzles, but that is not what this is at all. It could be a fantastic theme and gameplay experience- it just felt incomplete.

I only received the box sleeve. No game, no notes, no box. Im very upset.
On a more positive note though, im having a great time solving Dead on the Vine.

Great experience
Did this set with a group of 5 and had a blast. Really well done and very engaging. Always felt like we were making progress to the next step.
