I made the order on the fifth paid in full , didn’t get packed until the ninth , shipped out the tenth. Coming from Cali it coulda got to ny sooner. Before the purchase was confirmed it read I will receive it no later than the 10th. Give paying customers the real time frame & it definitely doesn’t come thru usps

It’s great to have the order protection, but it’s not needed, but I don’t mind having it. I think I had it with every order I placed.
