Showed up with a dented crank. Chain broke at 300 miles. Wasn’t covered by warranty bought a new one a month ago still hasn’t shown up. Customer service didn’t call back to update. Seat post is sticking. Oh and the shock adjuster failed aswell.

ApexXD 2 week review
It’s an amazing E-bike and with the extra back cage and front rack it’s totally versatile. I love it and the ability to to select from Class 1,2,3 or unlimited is a game changer. I recommend this e-bike to anyone who want to pedal and then cruise in style. Cheers Dave
