My package didn’t even show up

I ordered from two savage. It said I was gonna wait for about 3 to 4 business days before my package had arrived then about five days later I got a call saying I needed to pay another $150 to get my glasses delivered. I’m not paying almost $400 for a pair of sunglasses. I’d rather just have to pay for the sunglasses on the website and pay what the website says and not have to pay any extra fees when the sunglasses are being delivered.
