I have been using my Cybercart for over a year. I had issues and Alphard stepped in and fixed the tires and battery. This company will stand behind their products.

The Cybercart is a great durable Caddie that responds well with the remote or the sidekick. My main issue is that back wheels wear out prematurely even when I avoided cart paths and other hard surfaces. This is complicated by the design of back wheels being cantered outward by approx. 1 inch therefore they pull against each other causing additional wear to the back wheels. I have purchase aftermarket wheels that were 3D printed and then slipped over and glued on the original wheels. So far they work well and are wearing great. Hopefully Alphard will look to put sturdier wheels on the back of the cart in the future.

The original battery was throwing error codes and resetting unexpectedly, so I purchased a new battery and the Cybercart is running like new!!
Original battery lasted for about 18 months/100+ rounds without an issue!!
