SwitchGrade PRO

Works well

I have a steep 200m climb on my way home so I bought this product to see if it made a difference and it does. I have noticeably more energy at the end of the climb than previously. My only complaint is that the product would not stay in position and would slip out of its desired spot for no good reason. It would do this regardless of what position you were in, if you were climbing or not.. it was very random. I had excellent help from the company to trouble shoot and Noel gave excellent customer service. Im happy to say that after a few rides the issue resolved itself and I believe it was just a matter of the teeth fitting more snug into the grooves after it was put through a few rides.

My one and only switch grade...

Great product- some slight delays but communication was great from Noel and the team. Ridden a few times.. great piece of kit.. will put a bigger review once I’ve put a few more miles on the bike
