I was shopping straps on your website. I found a couple I liked and in the ordering process instead of ordering them together I ordered one and then ordered the other one immediately thereafter. Instead of canceling the orders when I realize there was a buy to get one offer from you guys I emailed you right away and said told you what happened and could I get the third strap. Sarah at the team support team said yes what size and what strap? So I sent her the info and I’ve been waiting and yesterday I emailed back to find out what the status was. Today I get an email that says sorry we’re not gonna give you the third band. I feel like I’ve been ripped off. Sorry I bought from you now.

Worth It!

Pricey but, believe me, these bands are worth it for their excellent quality and durability. I definitely look forward to buying more of these superior bands in the future.
