Espresso

I originally discovered Kinzie BBQ at a local street festival and thought their sauce was great, but I particularly in love with the small batch reaper sauce they were sampling. I bought a few bottles in-person and when they announced the next batch of their reaper sauce I had to order a couple of bottles. Unfortunately, my order got destroyed in transit and I somehow forgot that I never received it until 2 months later when I went looking for the bottles I thought I bought. I reached out to Kinzie and assumed I would just get a refund given what I ordered was only made in limited quantities, but the founder Walter responded within hours and and offered to produce a new batch of sauce so I could still get my order. I just received my new package and they were even kind enough to throw in an extra bottle for the trouble. The sauce tastes great and the customer service is even better, I recommend everyone give them a try!
