Wave® Alpha

What I needed!

I’m not a tradesman at all! But, what I do like is DIY projects. My Leatherman Wave Alpha is my upgrade from the Wave (that gave to my son)is the answer to most if not all of the things I do around the house/garage/yard. Thank you Leatherman!

Wave alpha review

The tool is very well made and has the tools needed. I bought it for my granddaughter for a college graduation gift to use in her new career. She is an animal keeper at a zoo, and has found many uses for the tool since day one on her job. Other co workers have commented about how handy and useful the tool is in their everyday work activities.

First Use, Still Testing

The new scissors are a great improvement for me as I use them a lot on sailboats where we often need on the spot sail repairs, and scossors are neccessary. The G10 handle provides a stronger more comfortable grip on the pliers, which is genarally a shortcoming with all multi-tools, but I need a lot more usage over time to rate how well that is working. Altogether the orange color is great, less likely to lose or drop overboard, easier to fin if dropped in snow, or get confused with someone walking off with it after borrowing it! All of which have happend to me and resulted with another leatherman gone!
