I’ve ordered 2 blankets. The first delivered and had a hole in it. Lola was great and sent a replacement. I then placed another order as a gift for my mom. She had a hole in the seam of hers as well and it was the large sized blanket, compared to my medium size. I didn’t bother reaching back out to customer service over my mom’s blanket. The blanket is very very soft and beautiful; however 2 out of the 3 I’ve received have been defective so that is a tad disappointing. Customer service was great at handling the issue but I’m unsure if I will purchase in the future because of the 2 blankets I bought that had holes in them.

Woe
It was a gift for my daughter and now I’m planning on getting one for me! It is the softest blanket we have ever had but also has a good weight to it. I also appreciate their commitment to those with Stage IV breast cancer.
