Sitio Tripui is a small family farm, a project by Maria and Valdecir Prado, where they live and grow coffee alongside their two daughters.
In the cup, it has a classic flavour profile. It is pleasing for its sweet notes of blueberry and almond. A milk chocolate base with a background of malt. A long finish and mild acidity.
