ROM PAD

I like it, i would love it if it was maybe 15% shorter length and depth wise. I struggle to find a good position where my neck doesn’t rest on it and when I’m lifting I’m rocking from side to side with the weight. It does accomplish the press I need however which is most important to me because my bench is pretty wide and doesn’t allow my shoulders to dip backwards without it.

I really like the pad, it allows for a deeper stretch when using on bench press, and I absolutely love it on the preacher bench, I wish it was about 2-3 inches longer as my elbows are at the edges of the pad, but it is great!

I follow Ryan Humiston and he was developing this for some time and finally with AbMat's help it came to fruition. Keeping the correct posture for the Pec Exercises is not simple but this new implement is a game changer. Just turned 60 and have competed a bit in my younger years and would have loved to have this. never felt any Press like this and even Flyes and DB Presses are Chest muscle only. Absolute Gamechanger: Just buy it .
