Playermaker 2.0

Upon delivery one of my sensors was not holding charge and therefore it could not be used. I followed the FAQ to troubleshoot the problem and still the sensor would not hold charge. I contacted customer service and uploaded screenshots and videos of the troubleshooting and the problem was escalated. That customer service agent requested that I go through the troubleshooting process again and upload more videos of my efforts. I informed her that I had done so already and to instead process a refund. She informed me that in order to do so I would need to upload the videos requested. This is clearly not the return policy. I would have been happy with a replacement sensor but have already some way too much of my time trying to get this resolved so I'll punt and get a refund. Too much of a hassle to deal with uninformed customer service

Excellent, Excellent product I haven’t used them yet but I’m very excited to use them soon for training.
