For an expensive keyboard, this device has not served me well. The background lighting is extremely dim, and nothing I could do with software or hardware controls would fix it. I had a support ticket open for months and was pretty much blown off by them telling me their engineers are working on the software, and that it was not a hardware issue. I am telling you it is. Also, without their software, these devices are pretty much useless.

I like this a lot because of the LED screen, put some of the keys don’t work. Can’t type S or A where are the letters while I’m typing?
