Terrible quality i contact the customer service a few months back about the look of my necklace that its not shiny anymore and its almost looks like its not even silver.More like stainless steel.But they were very consistent with the respond that its a 925 silver.Ill share pictures of the necklace from VAN XANDER and a picture frim my bracelet that i bought from a local jewelry store and you be the judge.What a waste of money!!Very disappointed!
