I have been using this for a couple of years now, and all the hype is legit. It really does make a huge difference. Glad Joe talks about the "allergic reaction" feeling, because I would have definitely thought that was it, but it's just the flush. Now I actually look forward to it. The taste isn't my favorite, but they have a new flavor coming, and I am pumped.
