I placed an order and need to exchange them for different sizes. I sent an e-mail and submitted an inquiry form on the website to customer service. There has been no response at all. This is not my first order, I’ve purchased before and have been satisfied with my past orders but after this, I’m not sure if I’ll purchase from them again.
