Noticed the difference
Having taken these now for 3 months, it wasn't until I re-read what these are meant to do so I could give them a review that it made me realise actually... they have been working I just haven't noticed!

My daily essential probiotic
I've been using Biotic+ for a few years now. It's one of the few supplements that I notice when I don't take it. It has improved many things but most importantly, consistent and clean BMs and great digestion.

Love it!
After trying many probiotics on the market over the past couple of years I can honestly say Heights is the one where I’ve felt a noticeable difference form the most.
