Plant arrived sideways in the packaging box and looked sad and was pretty bent. Soil was everywhere and i had to top up soil in the pot with other houseplant compost i had in the garage. Despite the leaflet inside telling me to scan the info stick in the pot for instructions on plant care, there was no such info stick with a QR code. In addition, the birthday card that came with the plant was folded terribly so it doesnt even stand up on its own. Overall really disapointed with the quality and delivery from such a well known brand.
