Always a little less than promised

First off, the monitor itself works great -- the camera image is pretty clear, the sound is good, and it's nice that you can zoom in. But overall it's one of the more expensive monitors/monitor systems, and a lot of the potential good features just fall short. While it's disclosed that the Flex Stand doesn't log certain insights, manual entries don't make it into the insights log either, so travel day/vacation data is totally lost. And while on the mid-tier insights are available for 30 days, the month resets on day 1, so you really can only ever look at a 30-day trends at the end of each month (otherwise stuck with week-to-week comparisons). I could go on, but the pattern is all the same -- lots of things sound really helpful, but in real-world use the value is limited. I like the monitor and don't regret purchasing but I'm not sure I would buy it again.

Wonderful Product

I have just given this as a gift to my son and daughter in law second baby. They love it and it is such a game changer. I am a senior citizen and when I babysit it is so much easier. I wish this had been around for my children.

Best choice ever

I ordered this after an extensive search for the best possible choice for my newborn niece without the worry of having sensors affecting her. After using it can say without a doubt that this has been the best decision i could've made. It's such a well designed device which you can take whenever you go and the app is super intuitive.
