Sleeves are pretty good, but can be a little tighter on compression and the top arm band stretches and gets a little loose after wearing for a few times

OK- with issues

Wide at top relative to tighter wrist. No grippers at/above biceps so slouches down on arm. No compression. Thicker than hoped given the description. And yes there is a full-length flat seam. Keeping to use under hinged brace after elbow surgery til I can buy elsewhere.
