Snap-on Stabilizer Kit

Great kayak

Ive taken out my new kayak about 10 times since receiving it 3 weeks ago and it's going great! Folding the kayak gets easier and easier the more you do it, and it's so nice and lightweight, i can carry it several yards to the waterfront when it's ready to go. Very happy with my purchase!

It's nice to have

Good to have especially in rougher water. It would be nice if instructions came with the Snap-on Stabilizer Kit. I received them with nothing else included.

Wasn’t worried about tipping even a little bit

So I just had my maiden voyage on my tucktec 8’ kayak with stabilizer bars and I felt more “grounded” than any regular kayak I’ve used in the past. I am 130 lbs for reference so the stabilizer bars weren’t completely necessary but a solid feeling upgrade. I will say the caps on the ends of the bars easily fall off but that is easily remedied by some good tape and/or just taking them off entirely. It’s not enough of an issue to impact my rating- 5/5 Tucktec you’re the best!
