Absolutely obsessed with Wildrose

Absolutely love my WildRose Hydro! The colour is gorgeous and the quality is amazing. One of my favourite things is that it’s genuinely leak-proof — I can throw it in my bag without worrying about it spilling everywhere. It keeps my drinks cold for ages too and I literally use it every single day. For the quality you get, it’s honestly so worth the money. I loved mine that much I’ve already ordered more 😂💕 Couldn’t recommend it enough! 5 stars from me

I applied for a replacement because my handle broke off my original. They gave me a $60 coupon and they literally put in their email buy your cup and buy something else that you’ve been keeping your eye out on. I go to use that coupon buying two different cups and then it doesn’t work and then I email them and then they say unfortunately I have to buy the same cup that originally had broke. They didn’t say that in her email they specifically told me to buy it a cup and something else that I’ve had my eye on, so I got the cup that I originally bought and then a different cup and then they go out of their way to send me the original cup after saying oh unfortunately I can’t do that and I can’t use that coupon and then I was like that’s unfortunate because I was excited about the other cup and I don’t think it was fair for them to say that I could and then take it away but when I got my replacement cup, it was damaged and I told them that I didn’t want another one. I’m not asking for another one. I’m also not going through the process again I’m trying to get another one. I just told them how are you going to send people a replacement without them asking and it’s damaged so 0/10 experience.

My mom and I ordered these as gifts for some of her caregivers and friends for help through a difficult time.
