This has the same slightly mild taste as always, I really appreciate the ease of going to sleep after taking this with some water, since this does not require one to consume as much as the hydrate droplets I think this is the perfect amount for 1-2 people and it will last them a while

According to Whoop, this stuff is amazing
Since I started using, I have had GREEN recovery on my Whoop and honestly, I never really consistently had that level of recovery ever. Coincidence or no? Taste is a little eh. I throw in a couple drops of lemon juice and it's fine. I sleep like a baby. Recommend.
