Eric + Eloise Eric Wall Mount

Came in damaged and I have emailed immediately after I opened it. I have yet got an email as to what I need to do about a return or an exchange.

He looks perfect in his new home. We love him!

Love the piece! Packaging needs help!

The hare I ordered is a beautiful piece. However, it came in broken. It was wrapped in small bubble wrap and paper stuffed around it. Packaging definitely needs to be kicked up to make sure the item arrives in tact.
