I purchased the sauna pod and got the ice pod for free. Huge score!!! The pod company was nice enough to throw-in a ton of ice bags. They are not only great for the Ice pod, but you could freeze one up and throw it into a cooler for lunchtime. (I've tried it and yeah they are great.)

The ice brick vessels are superb, everything from pod company feels of high quality and leaves me feeling like I've scored a deal. The only reason for 4/5 stars is to encourage anyone reading this to heavily consider purchasing a chiller. In my mind, I thought the ice bricks would work and they do, to some extent. There's just too many reasons why the chiller is the better move - convenience, cleanliness, so forth and so on... Your time is more valuable than the cost of the chiller. Splurge. Get the chiller.

I love throwing these ice bricks into the pod before my garage workout. It’s enough time to cool the water down, so when I’m done with my workout, I simply get in and enjoy a nice cold dip. These are way better than messing with bags of ice or frozen bottles of water. I’m actually thinking about investing in the chiller now. I never realized how effective cold water therapy is for recovery. I’m sleeping better too.
