I used the pivot adapter with an Arisaka Inline Scout Pro mount to use a Streamlight ProTac rail mount HP-X Pro on a quad rail handguard. This setup allowed the light to be pushed forward and rotated closer to the gun and the adapter can be swapped directions depending on your setup and needs

Awesome Product
Excellent built quality on this product and great customer service. If you have multiple uppers with different rail types and run different laser devices this is the best option to fit any scout pattern light to MLOK and picatinny rails. Can’t speak highly enough about the response from customer service when I had questions. If you’re on the fence about this mounting system this is for you.

Solid product as far as fitment. Has not been field tested with a round count or put through any physical testing. One recommendation would be for the company to round out the edges of the light mount portion so that it matches the rail mount portion and limits any snag hazards. The product does what I need it to and time will tell if it is viable for duty use.
