Omega 3 love

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been taking Omega-3 with my daily routine for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the easiest supplements for me to stay consistent with. I usually take it with a meal, so it’s become something I don’t really have to think about anymore. I decided to add it because I wanted to be more consistent with my everyday wellness habits. So far, I’m happy with it and plan to keep taking it. Simple, convenient, and easy to make part of my day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not fishy and easy to swallow

This is the right type of fish oil the body needs, not fishy (therefore not rancid), not as big of gel capsules as other brands, reasonably priced for what it is.

I honestly don’t feel any different. However, I do know Omega 3 is needed for our health. I take the Omega 3 capsules as well as the vitamins, both of which are extremely large and difficult to swallow. I have to take them through out the day because they get caught in my throat. Praying they will come out with smalller versions that would be easier to swallow
