I have ordered several badges and have been completely satisfied. I am planning ordering more for my entire department.

The communication with the customer leaves much to be desired. There was a somewhat longer delay than the 3 weeks for customization called for. I had to inquire why in order to find why. There was a supplier issue. Then there is nothing on there website to find out previous order and the progress of the order. There was also no packing slip.
