Nice pattern overall

The zipper fly tehcnique is deceptive and involves unusual extra steps. I found it easier to cut out the zipper fly facing and assemble it piece by piece, than following the video demonstration. I guess it is a matter of preference, but I haven't found this technique on YT while looking for zipper fly tutorials.

I am only half way through making the shorts but am finding the pattern clearly laid out and easy to follow with plenty of information. The accompanying video is also a great help.

How useful the instructions are
