My dog loves it! Honey is a 68lb Great Pyrenees/Cattle dog with a lot of energy! I bought the Chase and was worried at first it wasn't the right size for her but having a small yard the next size up would have been too big! The only problem is she is never done! Always wants to keep going! But she has figured out that if she steps on the cord she can get the flag!! But this was the best money I spent on an activity for her!!

Love the Chase kit for my small dogs! It’s been the perfect actively since they are both anxious rescues and don’t enjoy going on walks.

Honestly, I am really disappointed. The idea is great and my dog loves it but it is extremely finicky and now won't work at all. It took awhile to learn its sensitivities like it would stutter a lot and not pull the string so I'd have to manually pull it to get it started or move the main motor piece just a inch or so back or forward to have the perfect tension and then the bags/flags would get stuck in the white wheels (non-motor) so I'd have to pull them loose. I couldn't even use the animals that I bought with it because they got stuck every time. Also, where the plug attached to the motor piece, the tiniest wiggle and it would come loose and go red on the app so I taped it tight inserted into the piece and that seemed to help for awhile. Right as I felt like I learned enough of the sensitivities to make it usable, then the plug quit holding a connection and the only way I could make it turn green is by holding it tight with my hand into the piece and putting pressure from the top and bottom. I finally got it to stay green by holding it in with tape again and now it doesn't work at all. The app shows a green light as if it is connected and powered on, but nothing happens anymore when I move the remote on the app to go forward or backward. It doesn't even make a sound like the motor is trying. For how much this cost, I am really disappointed. I'd be willing to try again because my dog really loves it so I am bummed and maybe I got a faulty one since it seems to be an electrical/mechanical issue now? I hope I hear back from you.
