Lymphatic Drainage Effect

The bottle arrived 1/3 empty and looked like it had been opened. The box was clean on the inside so it didn’t spill out during transit they just shipped it to me already 1/3 empty. I contacted customer service and after interacting with AI for a while I was told a human would get in touch with me. No one has reached out to me yet. The lotion smells good but I’m not sure if it is working. It says to use it twice a day but when I do, it makes little crumbs of lotion that are annoying because the more I try to wipe them off the more crumbs I make. I’d really like to get a replacement or maybe a credit towards a different product.

I heard about this and was intrigued with the product but also hesitant because I was afraid my expectations were going to be let down, but I am obsessed!! Please NEVER change the scent or formula it is my most prized possession. I have gotten so many compliments on this scent, everyone keeps asking me what I'm wearing I've never experienced anything like it. I do have a recommendation, refill pouches.☺️
