Unacceptable shipping delays and terrible customs clearance process
For a brand at this price point, the logistics and delivery experience with Moscot are completely unacceptable. My recent order took far too long to even be dispatched, and once it finally shipped, it sat stuck in customs clearance for an absurd amount of time. International luxury retailers should have seamless shipping and proper documentation ready so orders don't get held up in endless clearance bottlenecks. By the time the glasses actually arrived, the excitement was completely gone. Great frames do not make up for such a frustrating, poorly managed delivery process. If you are ordering internationally and expect timely shipping, look elsewhere.

Great customer service from Moscot! I initially ordered the wrong size of the Lemtosh, but they were very accommodating and accepted the return. They helped me replace it with the correct size, which suits my face much better. Very happy with the product and especially the excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
