Was worried that Rooster Alarm might be leaning into the bitter French Roast side of taste, but have been so pleased with this flavor profile. Dark - yes, but smooth and delicious! Our favorite coffee!!!

I make lattes every morning for my wife and me. We have experimented with coffees from all over the world looking for chocolate notes. Rooster Alarm is never bitter, rich, and has a chocolate finish. Perfecto!
